We really love the name Mireille. We just stumbled upon it today. It is pronounced mee-ray. Perfect for a middle name! :] It is another form of the name Marie, just less common.Unique baby names for boys and girls?

I would agree with the above poster - Hollie - is a very nice name, and I should know. ;-)



I personally like Arden and Honor for girls - both have great meanings and are easily coupled with many middle name choices.



For boys you might look into Ethan or Elliott - these names sound masculine without being too formal or stiff.

I'm all about unique names, just check them against the most popular lists on www.babynames.com they list the top 100 for the current year, and the top 20 for the last 7 years. You'd be surprised how you think a name is unique and it could be on one of the most popular lists. I named my first Taylor, and had not known about these lists years ago... come to find out, Taylor is going to be just as common as Megan and Jenny in the future. Oh well right! :) Best of luck you your family!
